The dashboard offers the option to include tiles for top-line financial numbers, including Awarded, Obligated, Disbursed, and Lifetime Budget.
These totals are generated from the following columns of data where the funding source for each entry is marked as "own funding".
Sum of the Estimated Amount columns in the Funding Sources section of the Budget tab for each activity.
Sum of Disbursements column in the Expenses and Disbursements section of the Budget tab for each activity.
Additionally, you can add the program statistic tile for "Lifetime Budget".
This tile is not calculated from any underlying budget information; it references whatever is entered for the Planned Budget on the Administration > Program Settings page.
